Description:
We bought Eeyore from a woman who rescues horses from auctions. He has been with us a little over a year, but we are trying to find homes for some of the horses we have helped rescue. He is trained to be led by halter and lead rope, he is good for the farrier and veterinarian, and he will stand tied. Our vet believes he is between 4-5 years old. His only vice is that he is difficult to load in the trailer, but we have not had time to work with him on this more than once. He is up to date on vaccines, deworming, & trimming. He makes an excellent companion, but needs someone patient. He is easy to catch and VERY friendly, but needs a natural home with at least one other hoofed animal as he would get VERY lonely by himself. He can be aggressive with dogs and would make a very good guard donkey. |
